Most of those are graphic replacers and gameplay mods, so they should work fine with Morrowind Rebirth. There are just a few potential conflicts I can see
Caverns Overhaul
- Not entirely sure about this one, Morrowind Rebirth makes a lot of minor changes to interiors so there's a slight chance for conflict there, but overall it should be fine.
Snow Prince Armor Redux
- Doesn't conflict with Morrowind Rebirth, but it does conflict with MGSO since MGSO already includes Midgetalien and Vality7's Snow Prince Enhanced. Shouldn't really pose a problem if you install it over the existing replacer, but it could be an issue.
Holidays Across Tamriel-Vvardenfell
- Again, a slight chance for conflict. Morrowind Rebirth moves a lot of things around, so it's possible some of the shrines that Holidays uses may have been moved.
Those are really the only ones I can see having any conflicts, though I might be missing something since Morrowind Rebirth does alter some gameplay settings.
Not sure about Morrowind Rebirth compatible houses. Faction Living Quarters should work well with it, but the only other ones I can think of are portable and/or teleport only house mods (since most exterior house mods conflict with Rebirth).
Here's a few that will work:
Ravenloft (Hall of Fame Winner on PES) - Video footage here
C.H.E.S.T. (This is more empty-ish, but sizable living quarters) - Video footage here
Alladin's Bottle
Library Revised (this is actually a portable library mod with booksorting) - Video footage here
Vivec, St. Delyn Living Quarters (Not 100% on compatibility with this one, since it does modify the layout of some Tribunal Temples) - Video footage here
YAPHM (Yet Another Portable House Mod) - Features some advanced scripting with alchemy sorter, music box, and other small tidbits. Video footage here
Deepscorn - Assassin themed underground home. Video footage here.
Splinter Manor - This is a large Unreal Tournament-themed mansion on an artificial island, should work well with Rebirth. Video footage here.
Shallit Hideout - Vampire themed underground home.
Yorick's Tower - Castle house mod, quite large and with a lot of features. No landscape changes so should work with Rebirth. Video footage here.
The Wanderer's Lodge - Another large manor on an artificial island, due to lack of landscape changes, should be compatible with Rebirth. Video footage here.
Pearl Palace - Massive deep underwater home, includes several bedrooms, an alchemy lab, and many other features. Video footage here.
That's all of the ones I can think of, but that should give a good variety of mods to look at and choose from.

Thanks for the info and mod suggestions,Darkelfguy, love the Morrowind Modding Showcase series by the way.I just tested it to see how it run on my PC using the steam version since I already have installation using the disc included with the Anthology with charachter in progress who is quite far along and it worked quite nicely I didn't notice any framerate drop but then again that was using a barebones installation because I tried with MGSO installed and making sure to follow the instructions but it kept crashing whenever I tried to start a new game and gave me errors about some missing meshes.Hopefully it will work using my disk copy and not being forced into being in a Program Files folder. But that a little while off because I really don't want to lose that character.
Though in Theory couldn't I go into my MGSO options disable the features that cause problems and disable the other problem mods via Wrye Mash and then install Rebirth and enjoy and whenever I want to play my other character I just deactivate rebirth and re add those options and other problem mods and switch the save profiles via Wrye Mash, all in one install?Though I would have to see how the framerate fares with all those enhancements I didn't have in on during my test today. But it might be okay since I don't use Distant Land or MGE XE because those most certainly do cause FPS dips for me.

Well, I'm not sure what errors you were getting about missing meshes, but it's possible you may have had a corrupt download of MGSO. Unfortunately, I've found that due to the size of the MGSO install package, it does occasionally get corrupted during the download and will need to be re-downloaded. Of course, there's a few well-known missing meshes even in the working version of MGSO 3.0, and I'd highly advise getting the MGSO Temporary Fix to help with that.
Because MGSO uses a lot of replacers outside of the ones available in the MGSO options menu though, you may not necessarily be able to disable the problem mods or features quite so simply. You could of course track down the problem files in the Morrowind directory and delete them if you so desire, and that should also fix any problems with missing meshes (since Morrowind will just use the models included in the Morrowind BSA instead of the ones you delete).

I've got it to work just fine,I was getting the missing mesh issue on a seperate install using the steam version. So what I did is I took my disk install, used MGSO options to remove some mods, and deactivate any mods the would cause issues with Morrowind Rebirth using Wrye Mash, installed it and test it and it worked perfectly with all my cosmetic mods and everything. So I am all set now.
