I was hoping the green and purple snake attire but whatever Icco creates is BOSS

Can't say I remember the boots, but the attire and 80s hair look awesome. Just watched his match with George Wells using that attire, heh.

Step 1: Download the WWF Legends save and extract it to a destination of your choosing.
Step 2: Download the WWF No Mercy rom and extract it to a destination of your choosing. (Google N64 rom websites)
Step 3: Look through the help files that are included with WWF Legends and make sure your settings match with the pictures included. Change the render engine from OpenGL to DirectX like garymiller did if you're seeing a black screen.
Step 4: Use this topic if you're still stuck. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.

I too have been having problems understanding what I need to do to be able to play the No Mercy MODs. I have no idea what I'm doing so I'll end up asking the most basic of questions.
I see in step one and two I need to extract files. I noticed that the WWF Legends 2.0 is a 7z file. What is tha best progam to use to be able to open this?

Now i know how to make mods to work i watched a video i always needed to have the right options to make the game work no i don't have anymore tranvestites as wrestlers xD

use 7zip extract everything and choose the right options like choose rice video plugin 6.1.1 beta 10 i use it and i made my mods work

I have just started to try and follow the pictures in the help files but I dont seem to have all of the options that are in the 'Project 64 Settings 01' JPEG. The JPEG shows File, System, Options & Help on the menu bar but I dont seem to have the System part. Also when I open the 'Options' and then 'Settings' window, I don't have all of the options available to me shown, in the above JPEG, either.
Sorry if there is an obvious answer to this but I can't seem to work out what I have missed.

In Settings and on the Options tab, make sure that 'Hide Advanced Settings' is unchecked as shown in the diagram.

Do I need to download another file of some sort, as I haven't got the option of selecting Mudlord's Rice Video Build 6.1.3.3. I only have Jabo's Direct3D8 1.6 and Jabo's Direct3D6 1.5.2.

Have a look in your 'plugin' folder to check if various Rice Video .dll files are there (they should be as they came with the download) and then make sure that the paths found on the 'Settings / Directories' tab point to this 'plugin' folder.
If you have another version of Project64 installed, the paths might be pointing to that instead.

The Rice Video plugins are in the 'plugin' folder in the WWF LEGENDS 2.0 / Project64 1.6 folder. I have pionted the 5 plugins in the 'diretories' tab to the files shown in the help JPEG. When the upper lines are selected, as per the picture, Rice Video is still not apearing in the plugins tab. If I select the lower paths I get an error message that tells me that the plugin have failed to load.

To fix this, the paths must be set to the specific directories that the plugins etc. are found in.
All I can suggest is to keep trying to set the directories accordingly using the explorer buttons to the right of the directory paths.
